
In order to stay hydrated you have to consume between 8 and 12 glasses of water daily. We know that this can be hard to accomplish, especially if you are not a water fan, so here are some tips that can get you to the goal:
- Carrie a bottle of water with you all the time. Sooner than later you will be drinking more than a bottle a day, just by taking little sips here and there.
- Spice it up!!! Put some limes, strawberries, or mint leaves in your water, or add one of the new on-the-go drink mixes. We tried the Crystal Light on the Go – Skin Essentials and it is delicious!!!
- Consume fruits and vegetables packed with water such as watermelon, grapefruit, oranges, grapes, lettuce, spinach, and cucumber.
Water is the oldest most important beauty product out there, and…guess what… it is cheap!!! So don’t procrastinate and add this tip to your daily life. In less than a week you will notice the difference. Water pumps your energy, gets rid of dark circles under your eyes, hydrates your skin and hair, and makes you feel 100% better!
